Rudder found himself at a local municipal shelter at 12 weeks old on a rainy March day in 2019. Now at 5 years old Rudder spends his days volunteering at local hospitals in the pediatric unit and adult oncology unit as a Certified Therapy Dog. If he’s not napping in a hospital bed, you’ll find him playing fetch in any body of water he can find— even a mud puddle. He’s not picky!
