Fiona entered rescue on August 30th, 2023 after being found dumped in a ditch, her eyes barely visible in the darkness until a passerby stopped to help. They had no idea just how fragile she was—thin, terrified, and completely hairless from mange.
She went straight into foster care… and never left.
Today, Fiona is a proud #mefirst kind of girl. At a lively 45 pounds, she is always on the move—wrestling her fur siblings, Olive and Huxley, with unmatched enthusiasm. And when she gets to visit her Aunt Jessica, she absolutely lives for chasing the 4-wheeler.
Fiona has big feelings and a tender heart beneath her tough-as-nails exterior. Watching her heal, grow, and blossom into the beautiful, spirited dog she is today has brought her family immeasurable joy.
Fiona is living proof of what love, rescue, and second chances can create.
