Winnie has been a wonderful part of our family for the past four years. Our sweet pittbull mix had a very rough start in life and was malnourished and abused. She was dropped off at a shelter pregnant and scared. Thanks to the determined perseverance of the CBHBB volunteers, she eventually learned how to trust people and became adoptable. Winnie has bonded with us and our other rescue dog, Boone. She loves snuggling up in front of the fireplace. I can’t imagine life without her! She is the sweetest pup!
